Sweat it out in the sauna! Great relaxation for the muscles, inhale deeply and feel your head clear. Perfect for unwinding after an active day or from the stresses and strains of everyday life. In the sauna oasis of the HolunderRelax spa guests can choose between a steam sauna, Finnish sauna and sanarium.

The classic Finnish sauna is heated up to 95 degrees whilst the steam sauna and sanarium are a little more gentle. However, despite the lower temperature, you can still enjoy all the benefits of a sauna, also here.

Refreshing jet/massage/rain showers complete the spa experience here. Massages also available – please book in advance!

Relaxation room and Zen garden

The relaxation room and Zen garden is the ideal place for meditative moments where you can also look back and reflect upon the day’s events. Lean back on one of the comfortable loungers and focus on relaxation!

After your wellness enjoyment you can look forward to our 5 course indulgence menu with accompanying wines in the Holunder Restaurant.

       First Class Stay We stayed one night at this comfortable, modern hotel and were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected room upgrade which gave us a very spacious suite style room on the third floor. Extremely comfortable bed, bathrobe and slippers and a wonderfully luxurious bathroom complete with lovely toiletries. We didn’t eat in but walked down into the old town for dinner - pleasant kilometre or so walk with the last 500m fairly steep. Breakfast was excellent though puzzling initially without any instruction regarding the buffet - very good value indeed. Would definitely recommend.

      Alpenhotel der Spitzenklasse Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Küche, perfektes Frühstück, sehr sauber, große Zimmer und Apartments ! sehr geschmackvolle Details / Dekorationen überall. immer frische Blumen auf den Tischen, ungewöhnliche Speisekarten usw. sehr schöner Wellnessbereich zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen in Sauna, Saunarium, Dampfbad, Liegeräume + Außenbereich.

      Comfortable and spacious Our apartment/suite was huge, modern, immaculately clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet with a great selection. A few steps away from the Zettersfeld cable car but it is nearly 30 mins walk into Lienz (uphill on the return)

      Skvělý hotel u lanovky Moc příjemný hotel, navštívený již po třetí, pro celoroční ubytování. Nejlepší je ovšem v zimě, když z pokoje do lyžárny dojdete v přezůvkách a pak rovnou na lanovku doslova pár kroků před hotelem. Skvělé kvalitní jídlo k večeři (pan kuchař je moc šikovný), příjemná obsluha, moc dobré snídaně! Pokoje-apartmány jsou prostorné, vybavené příjemným podlahovým topením. Parkování má hotel vyhrazené. Jedinou výtku mám k pravidelnému úklidu - bylo by vhodné vysát podlahu na pokoji každý den... Určitě přijedeme zase!

      Great stay at ski resort hotel in the summer We are an American couple who travel a lot and are Hilton diamond members. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The reception staff spoke good English. We chose the one bedroom apartment which was huge. Separate toilet and shower/bath rooms. All fixtures nice quality. Very clean throughout. Fast WiFi about 80 mbs download. Dinner was nice with menu in English but only sufficient English from wait staff. There is a very large parking lot shared with the gondola next door. We walked one minute and had a nice ride to the top for 18 euros. We walked around for 2 hours in the meadows soaking in the beautiful views then rode back down to the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel in liens look no further and worth the 10 extra euros for the apartment versus regular room.

      Tolles Hotel & Restaurant Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit heimischen Zutaten. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Radabstellraum mit Lademöglichkeit. Somit alles perfekt, von mir gibt es sogar 5++ Weiter so!!

      Great Christmas holiday venue We are a family of four from Ireland (two adults, two teenagers) and spent Xmas week in this lovely hotel. This was a repeat visit from a few years earlier and memory did not disappoint. The staff were courteous, helpful and our lack of knowledge of the German language posed no problems at all. The breakfast buffet had an array of various fresh breads, choice of juices, teas, coffees, cereals, fresh berries and cut fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, eggs etc. The evening dinner menus easily catered for us all, vegetarian and carnivores alike! Santa even came on Xmas Eve and gave each of us a present! The saunas and steam room area was relaxing, clean and warm. The bedrooms were very comfortable although the underfloor heating had to be adjusted downwards as it was too warm at times! The proximity of the hotel to the ski lifts and ski hire shop is a big bonus. The hotel is only a short walk into town. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Michela and all the staff.

      Tolles Team das etwas zu bieten hat. Alles blitzblank und das Frühstück war überragend. Auch das Abendessen war klasse und sehr nett serviert. Einzig die Lage… zu Fuß ist es etwas weit nach Lienz. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns darauf😊

      Gutes „Basiscamp“ für Wanderungen Genau richtig, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs sein und dann am Abend gut im Hotelrestaurant essen will. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer geräumig und sauber und das Hotelrestaurant sehr empfehlenswert.
